Bauträger Austria Immobilien GmbH (BAI) develops, builds and manages residential properties in Austria.

Inspired by the unique views over the Belvedere Palace we named this outstanding urban project ‘BelView Apartments’. We created a text concept and design language that appeals directly to the target group, engaging potential customers by asking them lifestyle questions about their ideal home and directing them to which apartment will suit them best. The design highlights are a branded newspaper and excellent homepage that changes the way people choose the spaces they live in.
