Goldgas is one of Austria’s first alternative gas providers, offering natural gas and 100% renewable electricity—backed by the strength and stability of VNG Austria GmbH.

We developed a complete identity redesign for goldgas, creating a brand that functions seamlessly across all channels and touchpoints. Through an intensive brand audit, we uncovered the company’s core values: customer loyalty, positivity, and trust.

These insights revealed a clear challenge—addressing public skepticism around rising energy prices while explaining why natural gas remains a necessary and responsible choice until cleaner solutions can fully take its place. 

At the center of the new brand sits the claim “ganz ehrlich”—translated as “honestly.” Embedded into a flexible headline system, it sets goldgas apart from competitors and speaks directly to customers’ desire for transparency and integrity. 

The refreshed identity embraces honest storytelling, highlighting the power of sincerity and humor and Goldgas’s humble, service-driven role in the energy market. It positions the company as a provider that genuinely cares about its customers and their financial well-being—building trust through clarity, empathy, and openness.
