Hackner is an independent security consultancy that helps protect company data, productivity, and reputation from attack. Their team of experts enters the DNA of security protocols to find and analyse weaknesses. It was these deep and personal investigating techniques that inspired us to create a brand mark influenced by a double helix. The simple but strong symbol is a fundamental component in building a brand that represents more than just a security consultancy.

After a series of intensive brand interviews with internal and external stakeholders, we verbalised and visualised who Hackner really are and what they need to do to evolve. Our execution not only makes the brand unique and attractive for companies but intriguing and educational for anyone interested in personal security.

Creating a benchmark website was paramount to making the Hackner brand come to life. With authentic team photography and user friendly functionality we help build trust and guide visitors to take action.

A flexible and easy to use presentation deck is essential for boosting a B2B brand performance. Each slide was created with maximum simplicity yet still communicates the brand to its fullest creative potential.

Most IT security companies choose to stay hidden in the shadows but Hackner’s new brand helps them create a platform to discuss and challenge many social and political issues in the industry. Our flexible designs make it easy to highlight topics ranging from the lack of women in IT to advice on how to keep your personal data safe on the internet. 

For the launch of the new Hackner brand we mailed pigeons to customers with the message ‘Information security has changed since the carrier pigeon’. After the pigeons arrived at their destination we released a film to tease the new brand on social media.

Our exhibition stand designs made Hackner the talk of events with its bright and bold branding. Special features included an animated image film and a tailor made chair in the shape of the brand mark.
