ISOVOLTA Group is a leading international manufacturer of electrical insulating materials, technical laminates and composites and maintains a global presence. 

To advertise what a great place ISOVOLTA is to work, we created a recruitment campaign featuring employees and an engaging headline system to attract attention. As part of our media strategy, we branded the Badnerbahn, which runs from central Vienna directly to the company’s headquarters in nearby Wiener Neudorf.

To help ISOVOLTA celebrate 75 years we created a unique campaign to spread the good vibes internally and externally while highlighting important company milestones along the way. 

We created special anniversary brand elements to structure the communications around four core aspects of the ISOVOLTA brand: Innovation, Teamwork, Sustainability, and Celebration. Next, we selected individuals from the company who best represented these values and their corresponding customer industries to feature as testimonials.

A Christmas card should be for life, not just for… well, Christmas. If you send a Christmas card, make it good enough to stay on someone’s desk for the entire festive season. We believe in genius greetings over generic ones.

Our briefing was to deliver an effective corporate communication concept to improve engagement, create a positive presence and instil a sense of trust among employees. We created an incentive based campaign which motivates employees to reduce energy usage and save raw materials. The best suggestions were awarded vacation days. The campaign was used on intranet, poster, email newsletter.

IDEA? ON! is a new communication app that runs across the whole Constantia  Group. We created a campaign that was advertised internally via intranet, poster, email newsletter to establish and promote it. Appsolutely smart!
