The founders of TRIGO have big ambitions. To achieve them they contracted us to discover, analyse and create a new mission, vision, values and brand identity. In a series of interviews, we found that TRIGO’s customer service played a big part in their clients’ satisfaction, which in a branch that traditionally lacks the human touch, makes a noticeable difference. We decided to focus the brand strategy on the juxtaposition of elements that make TRIGO the perfect partner – their human side and programming expertise.
